What we collect

If you bid, we store what you typed into the form — your listing name, link, one-line tagline, and the email address you gave for the receipt. The name, link and tagline are public by design: they are the listing. Your email is not shown anywhere and is not published in the board API.

Payments

Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach this server. We keep the Stripe session and payment identifiers so a bid can be matched to a payment, and the amount, which is published on the board — that is the whole point of the board.

Analytics

We count visits with visits.report, our own tracker, and publish the result. Outbound clicks on a listing are counted so advertisers can see what they got; that count is per listing, not per person.

Your ad on yout.com

If your listing is #1 it is served into the ad slot on yout.com. yout.com receives your listing name, link and tagline in order to render it. It does not receive your email.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it except with the processors above, or where the law requires it.

Your rights

Email us and we will tell you what we hold and delete what we can. One exception, stated plainly: a settled bid stays on the board. The board is a public record of what was paid, and removing entries would make that record a lie.
